I can only do so much with the tools provided.
If I say I need the Mac OS 8.5 installer disks in order to fix your problem, I need the installer disks to fix your problem.
The same thing is true for printer drivers, ink cartredges, cables, etc.

Sorry you’re frustrated, and I hope it gets better.
Don’t know if it will or not – but it is what it is. I’ve told them what is needed in order fix the current problems. I’ve even told them where to look.
And I’mnot as frustrated anymore. Well not about that anyway.
